We Are Whitby Winterfest will take place at Whitby Pavilion on 1/2 December 2018
We are planning market stalls, entertainment, & other events to showcase businesses, social, faith, cultural & educational organisations and groups from Whitby & District - everything that makes our area a wonderful place. This will be an event for all age groups and the whole community.
Would you like a stall at We Are Whitby Winterfest? Or would you like to demonstrate a craft/skill/ art or give a performance?
Our focus is on Whitby & District, so if your business or group is located in and operating from this area, please apply. If you're an individual who would like to give a demonstration or performance and you live in the Whitby & District area, please apply.
Whitby & District covers Whitby and the surrounding district including Staithes in the North, Westerdale in the West and Robin Hood's Bay in the south.
Stalls & huts available for local businesses, social, cultural, educational & arts groups, also opportunities for demonstrations & performances.
How much will it cost?
Commercial stalls inside The Pavilion will cost £TBA (No food or drink for immediate consumption to be sold inside The Pavilion)
Stalls for non commercial social, faith, cultural & educational organisations & groups will be £25.
Can I share a stall?
Businesses are welcome to share stalls with each other, but please give details of this on your application form.
Likewise social, cultural, arts etc. groups are welcome to share stalls with each other, but again, please give details of this on your application form.

When's the deadline for applications and when will I hear back?

Please submit your applications as soon as possible!
A decision on applications for stalls will be made by the end of October There is a limited number of stalls/ huts, therefore we cannot guarantee that everyone who applies will be successful. The aim will be a balance of diverse and interesting stalls! We will let all applicants for stalls/ huts know the outcome as soon as possible.
If you have offered to give a demonstration or performance we may take a little longer to respond, but will be in touch as soon as we can.
